Caring for your physical health is critical today. We are all challenged by a world of cultural change, not only physically, emotionally, mentally, psychologically, and financially, but by our relationships, our work, value system, beliefs, education or lack thereof, and by technology. We are therefore presented with continual choices, some minor, and others monumental in scope and nature. Therefore, it is critical that we follow some basic risk management strategies each day. Your best defense is a healthy immune system. This system is what stands between you and the death of all aspects of your life. A weak system allows colds, flu, and a host of others illnesses to attack you and defeat your body. A weak immune system also affects your personality, energy level, character, and attitudes in ways which can cause pain in relationships, and work, and cause depression and other physicological issues, as well as the decisions of your life. Here are some basic risk management suggestions to help your immune system to be at its best. These are given as suggestions only to encourage discussion with your medical professional for the correct application for yourself. These were given to me from my own physician and may be of help to you as you face life today.
