   Please note that ordained clergy are automatically excluded from workers' comp coverage in Ohio, but an employer organization can have them included by filing the clergy form with the BWC on our forms page. Each clergy change at your church or organization requires an additional filing for the change. The filing does not follow the clergy when they move to another organization or church location to minister.
