Playground personal should check the playground before children enter daily or before use if otherwise used, checking for plants as poison ivy or others, unsafe items as pieces of metal, sticks or other, equipment condition, fence condition, surface condition, completing a signed and dated form with such that is kept on file. The form should also list who is in charge for the use time and account for the names all adults present. There should be a minimum of 2 adults for each 20 children and 1 for each added 10, with more for younger ages.
