Your ministy master plans and financial plans should compliment your ministry mission statement principles. When these do not compliment each other they can put a real strain on the ministry as both financial and program perspectives compete with each other and offer possible contraints that will develop an out of balance ministry.  These forces can destroy some ministry aspects or the ministry itself if they are not brought into proper balance.
